HOW IT WORKS:

Michelle sets up a free 30min-1hour consultation meeting to discuss your project requirements incase you left anything out in your form.

Michelle sends you a project proposal outlining everything discussed as well as your quote.

Once you pay the 50% upfront project start fee, Michelle is able to slot you into her work schedule as a priority and begin with your project.

Michelle sends your final deliverable file with a watermark on it. If you are happy and have paid the remaining 50% project cost, Michelle will then send the non-watermarked version.

If you would like minor changes made to the watermarked deliverable that fall within the initial consultation meeting specifications, Michelle will grant you one free revision at this stage for feedback and changes and will then send the revised watermarked deliverable.

Extra revisions at this stage after the intial free one, will incur charges ontop of the final 50% that is owed for the project cost.

The following information needs to be included in your project form:

1) What kind of project would you like Michelle's help with?

What will Michelle be doing on your project? (eg: digital illustration for print or digital, 3D modeling, logo animation etc.)


2) What file formats and resolution would be apart of the final deliverables?

If you do not know - please let me know where you will be using your animation, 3D model or illustration so that I can supply you with the correct exported file format. (eg: PNGs, JPEGs, PDFs, MOVs, MP4s, STL).

If you are using animation or videos for social media - let me know if it needs to be portrait or landscape (TikTok or Youtube use case for example). If you are using illustrations for your logo, let me know.
If you are using 3D models for 3D printing or for video or for image rendering purposes - let me know.
(eg: 2K, 4K, Black and White, Colour, A4, A3, Landscape, Portrait etc)


3) What is your budget for the project?

Your budget will be kept in mind as Michelle tends to find solutions for clients who may not have the neccessary funds by either extending the project timeline and working via a milestone based scheme on a month to month basis allowing clients to save up for each milestone to receive the desired high quality custom project deliverable OR by simplifying the project specifications to suit the requested deadline.


4) What is your deadline for the project?

Deadline fees may incur if Michelle needs to work overtime or through the night in order to fulfill your project needs at a very specific deadline that cannot be moved.


5) Explain the project requirements as fully as you can.

Note that complexity of the project will also affect the quote.


6) Will the artwork be used for commercial use or personal use?
